Service Technician
Qualification:
- 3 years experience as service technician for medical equipment
- Maintenance, repaired Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service, maintenance Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication (English-Arabic) and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Complete records of all the service activities in our CRM and the feedback to the sales team.
- Maintain available product stock, demos, and spare parts inventory.
- Complete product modifications when required.
- Provide product demonstrations.
- Collect products after use/trials and return to the service location.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
Sales and Service Biomedical Engineer - Renal Care
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the same field in Kuwait is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding teamwork and communication capabilities.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Achieving the annual sales target.
- Install new equipment by setting, adjusting, calibrating, and testing functionality with the end users.
- Maintain equipment by following preventive maintenance schedules, performing tests, troubleshooting, and resolving malfunctions.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data to prepare biomedical reports, highlighting information and trends
- Write service/maintenance reports and documents describing protocols, policies, maintenance, standards for use and repair of biomedical tools, machinery, and software.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after service contracts, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.
